In the technique "Reimprinting" we have learned how to change the attitude to subjective piece of experience. And the technique which is presented now "6 stage reframing", is designed specifically to change the behaviour itself.
Our behaviour and our personality are different . During the life, we develop different strategies to achieve our goals, and it is often the case when some strategies do not work well. When we want to change them by willpower, it gets even worse, cause these are developed through years and became subconscious .They have became a seperate "parts" of us. Keep in mind, that the main purpose of the Subconscious is to make us survive, and each kind of behaviour has a positive intent, it just may be an outdated strategy. This technique will let us to rewrite the outdated strategies and activate new patterns of behaviour through dialogue with these parts responsible for our behaviour.
Works well in a conscious state, but doing it in trance state you will likely to get much more effect.

Outline of the technique.
1.The behaviour which needs to be changed is identified. It is enough just to imagine and feel it.
After that, give a name to this behaviour ,for example : Behaviour X. It is important not to name it by any kind of descriptive word (anger,desperation ,shyness etc), cause it will show your attitude to this, we don't need that. The name should be of a neutral attitude.
2.Contact with the part of personality which is responsible for behaviour X.
First, you need to set up "yes or no" signals with your unconscious. It could be the motion of pointing finger of your right or left hand (right -yes, left- no, or vice versa), change of breathing rhytm, sensations in the hand or leg etc. Just ask the Unconscious to set up right ideomotoric signals. After that you can ask a test question, for example : Am I 24 (or your age) years old ? Yes or no answer should come in a short time.
Ask: Dear unconscious, I want to communicate with the part of me, which is responsible for the behaviour X. Is it possible ? (yes, no answer will come)
Dear part which is responsible for behaviour X, do you agree if I name you part Z (giving a name to the part) ? (if yes, continue the dialogue, if no suggest a different name , or ask for it itself to choose a name)
3.Finding out the positive intent of the part.
Dear part Z, I understand that the things you are doing are very important and necessary, I am grateful that you accepted to communicate with me. But, I just want to know , what is your intention and function. Would you like to tell, what help do you bring to me by performing the Behaviour X ?
( yes or no answer comes)
if yes, ask: Dear part Z, please tell me what is your intention of performing Behaviour X, you can tell it to me by any means which is comfortable to you ? (it can be a Subconscious image or a body sensation,feeling, can be a colorful word or sentence ,visual text.)
Here the important thing is the right interpretation of Subconscious image or sensation by the conscious mind. If the appropriate interpretation is achieved, you can move to the next step.
But if it is not clear you can do the following :
You can ask different variants of the intention which is achieved by behaviour X. You can move even further by asking it - why? for what ?
Dear part Z, perhaps you wanted to defend me from something by performing behaviour X?
maybe you wanted to give me confidence? or silence? (ask untill right intention found and the answer is yes)
after the intention has been found, you have to check its eligibility for Conscious mind
ask: Is this intention eligible for conscious mind? (if yes continue)
4.The next important step is ,finding new options of effective behaviour.
Everyone of us has a creative part, a part which can devise new things .So this creative part will suggest new options of behaviour (the behaviour which you want to replace Behaviour X),minimum 3 options of new behaviour has to be found. And the part Z will just choose one of them.
Dear creative part, please tell me are you ready to create new ways of effective behaviour for replacing behaviour X? Please show them to me (you will probably be shown different positive resourceful situations where you feel confident).
If the answer is "no", then it is usually the message of other parts, which are gaining benefit from behaviour X, but not creating it.
In this case, adress to all of the parts which disagree: Dear parts which are gaining benefit from behaviour X, I understand your importance, and I assure you that no decisions will be taken without respecting your opinion.
after that the next step:
Dear part Z, I suggest you to approach the creative part and tell it about your intention. Dear creative part please show new ways of effective behaviour by which part Z can realise its intention. Dear part Z, please choose a new ways of behaviour that are more effective than behaviour X, please choose at least 3 ways of new effective behaviour, after each new behaviour is found please give "yes" answer.
5.Checking for the ecology.
In this stage it is important to find out if there are any parts which disagree with the new ways of behaviour.
Ask: Are there any parts which are disagree about 3 new ways of behaviour ?
If the answer is no, then continue to last step.
If there are such parts. Then:
Please, all of the parts which are disagree about new ways of behaviour, approach the creative part and tell about your intentions, let it suggest you a new way of effective behaviour instead of behaviour X, which will realise intentions of all of you. After choosing each new way of behaviour please give an answer yes.
So, the last step is taking the responsibility, the fact that new ways of behaviour are more effective , still doesnt mean that part Z will execute them. So we have to make a check.
Dear part Z, are you agree to take the responsibility for executing 3 new ways of behaviour, taking into account that they are more effective than behaviour X ?
If the answer is yes , then everything is correct, you can slowly return to conscious state.
If no, then you made some mistakes in the procedure:
